This will allow us to process and successfully fulfil the requirements of your order, we will also be able to notify you about your order status updates.

Your email address will be used to send a confirmation email to you once you have placed your order with us, it may also be used to send promotional emails that will include discount codes and information on new releases, sales and re-stocks. Your home address will be required for us to send you your parcel containing the products that you have ordered.

We will hold your personal data for as long as you hold an account with us and as long as is necessary to comply with our legal/regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse or enforce our terms and conditions. Once our contract with each other has come to an end, all personal data will be destroyed.

2.1 A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer when you enter a site, the NEO website uses these files to respond to you as an individual, such as recognising the items in your shopping basket and what currency you have chosen the view the stock in. 3.0 Website Designs and Illustrations
3.1 All product photos and illustrations on this website and in our promotional advertisement are our own and have been produced within a photoshoot that we have taken control of. The products that you see have been designed by us before being sent to a manufacturer for mass production. We put a lot of time and effort into creating a product both in terms of the clothing and the experience whilst being on our site that you can be happy with, however mistakes do sometimes occur so please let us know if you notice anything that doesn’t seem right.
3.2 All media, descriptions and coding are property of NEO Loungewear and it may not be copied without permission from the company.
